Boom Consulting encourages and permits links to Content on the Site. However, Boom Consulting is an organization committed to the highest professional standards. Boom Consulting reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject any requests for such information or materials, or to discontinue the provision of such information or materials to any person, for any reason whatsoever.
Prohibited Conduct. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish through the Site, any Content that is any of the following:

Third Parties. Boom Consulting may provide you with links to third party Web sites, and some of the Content appearing to originate from the Site may be supplied by third party Content providers. Boom Consulting has no responsibility for these third-party Web sites, which are governed by the terms of use and privacy policies, if any, of the applicable third-party Content providers.
Access to and Availability of the Site. The Site may become unavailable to you as a result of maintenance, malfunction of computer hardware or software, or for other reasons, and may result in damages to your systems or operations. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, BOOM CONSULTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BOOM CONSULTING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE AND FUNCTIONS RELATED TO ITS SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER(S) THAT MAKES THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Other. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Texas. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such county for the purposes of litigating any action related to this Service or this Agreement. If any provision of these terms shall be void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision. Boom Consulting's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
General Provisions. This Agreement contains the entire integrated agreement between you and Boom Consulting regarding the use of the Site, including the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Agreement, THIS AGREEMENT CONTROLS.
Entire Agreement. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
